Dungeon Lootr Dungeons: All Six in Progression Order

Updated 2026-09-08 · Last verified 2026-09-08 · Roblox Dungeon Lootr

Dungeon Lootr has six standard dungeons, and they run in a fixed progression order: Bandit's Den, Goblin's Stronghold, Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs, Frostspire Bastion, Underworld Gate. Each one can be entered on Normal, Hard or Nightmare, and the two drops that matter most for class unlocks, the Devil Heart and the Underworld Glaive, are both locked behind Nightmare runs of the last two dungeons.

Everything below is either from the official Roblox listing or cross-checked against the fan wikis that do not fabricate data. Where only one source records something, this page says so, and where nothing reliable exists, this page says that too instead of guessing.

Every dungeon in progression order

The Catacombs4Normal / Hard / NightmareNot documentedNot documented
Frostspire Bastion5Normal / Hard / NightmareAwakened Devil (Nightmare, hidden)Devil Heart
Underworld Gate6, finalNormal / Hard / NightmareNot documentedUnderworld Glaive

The order itself is confirmed across two independent fan wikis. The three difficulty tiers are confirmed the same way. The gaps in the table are real gaps: nobody has written down a boss name for Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs or Underworld Gate, and the competing wiki with the most pages runs an entire boss guide without naming a single boss, which is exactly why it is not cited here.

Bandit's Den is where the game starts you. Ronin is the starting class, and the Bandit Chief is recorded at roughly 2,200 health and, importantly, is parryable. That is the encounter the game uses to teach the parry timing that carries through the rest of the progression. The naming is genuinely unsettled: one wiki calls the Bandit's Den boss the Forest Warden, and the wiki with the most detailed data flags in its own text that it cannot confirm whether the two names refer to the same enemy.

Goblin's Stronghold is the first dungeon with a named, documented boss drop. Varek, the Feared appears on Hard difficulty and drops the Nature Plate, a body piece. This is the earliest point where difficulty selection changes what you can obtain rather than just how hard the run is.

Forgotten Ruins and The Catacombs sit third and fourth. Their position in the order is confirmed, and that is all that is confirmed. No source documents their bosses, their enemy types, their drops or their room layouts. Any page that gives you a boss name for these two is inventing it.

Randomly generated layouts and the extract-or-lose-all rule

Standard dungeons are randomly generated, so no two runs of the same dungeon at the same difficulty give you the same map. That is the documented mechanic. What is not documented is the granularity: no reliable source records how many floors a dungeon has, how many rooms are generated per floor, which enemy types appear in which dungeon, or whether the generator draws from a fixed room pool. Treat any floor count or room count you see elsewhere as fabricated.

What extract or lose all actually means

The core loop is extract or lose all. Loot you pick up inside a dungeon is provisional. It becomes yours only when you successfully extract from the run. This is what separates Dungeon Lootr from a standard Roblox dungeon crawler where clearing rooms banks rewards immediately, and it is why players talk about "banking" a run rather than finishing it.

The practical consequence: the value of a run rises the longer you stay in, and so does the amount you stand to lose. A run that has already produced a Nature Plate or a rare ore stack is a run you should be looking to extract from, not extend.

What happens to your loot on death

Dying before you extract costs you the run's loot. That is the documented part, and it follows directly from the name of the rule.

Here is the part every other wiki glosses over: no source documents what happens to gear you already had equipped. There is no published answer on whether equipped Head, Body and Ring pieces are at risk on death, whether there is any partial recovery or insurance mechanic, whether coins and crafting materials behave differently from gear drops, or whether Normal difficulty softens the penalty at all. ClickBytes has not documented this and the fan wikis do not record it either.

The safe assumption until that changes is the harsh one: assume nothing carries out of a failed run. If you are testing a new build from the builds page, test it on a dungeon you have already cleared rather than on a Nightmare attempt with a full inventory.

Blessings during a run

Runs offer Blessings, presented as a choice of three. The three confirmed names are Nimble, Focused Casting and Bulwark. Their exact numerical effects are not published. The naming maps cleanly onto the game's four stats, Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence and Vitality, covered on the stats page, with Focused Casting reading as the caster option and Bulwark as the survivability option.

One code, COURAGE, grants Random GM Blessings, which is a separate item from the in-run Blessing choice. See codes for the current list.

The three difficulty tiers

TierConfirmed functionWhat is not documented
NormalBaseline clear of any of the six dungeonsWhether the extraction penalty is reduced
HardGates Varek, the Feared and the Nature Plate at Goblin's StrongholdEnemy health and damage scaling, loot rate change
NightmareGates the Awakened Devil at Frostspire Bastion and the Underworld Glaive at Underworld GateScaling, spawn rates, whether every dungeon gains a hidden boss

The three tiers are confirmed across sources. The scaling between them is not documented anywhere reliable, and that is worth stating plainly because it is the single most commonly invented number in this niche. There is no published figure for how much more health a Nightmare enemy has, how much more damage it deals, how much better the loot table is, or what level the game expects you to be for each tier.

What the sources do establish is that difficulty is a content gate, not just a challenge slider. Two of the game's most important unlock items exist only at Nightmare. That makes difficulty selection a progression decision rather than a preference.

Note also that the three tier names apply to the six standard dungeons. The new Magic Unleashed raid, also referred to as the First Test Raid, is reported to have an Impossible difficulty that drops the Dark Professor class. That report comes from update coverage rather than from the game's own documentation, so treat it as medium confidence, and do not assume Impossible exists on the six standard dungeons.

Underworld Gate Nightmare, the Dreadlord source

Underworld Gate is the sixth and final dungeon in the progression, and its Nightmare difficulty is the documented source of the Underworld Glaive. The Glaive is the item tied to unlocking Dreadlord, an Exotic class.

Dreadlord is one of the better verified classes on the whole roster. Its four skills, Crimson Rush, Dread Vortex, Gravefall and Rose Cataclysm, appear word for word identically on two independent fan wikis, which is the strongest cross-check available short of an official source. Its rarity was unsettled for a while, with three sources giving three different answers, but a cross-media rarity table now lists Dreadlord as Exotic, which this page follows. Full detail on the classes page and placement on the class tier list.

What is not known about the Underworld Glaive: the drop rate, whether it drops from a boss or from a chest, whether Underworld Gate has a named boss at all, and how many Glaives the Dreadlord unlock consumes. None of that has been published.

Frostspire Bastion Nightmare, the Awakened Devil spawn

Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare is where the Awakened Devil appears. It is described as a hidden boss with a random spawn, not a guaranteed end-of-run encounter, which means clearing the dungeon on Nightmare does not by itself guarantee you see it. It drops the Devil Heart.

The Devil Heart matters because it feeds a documented unlock chain. Awakened Devil EX is obtained either through the Valen NPC quest line or by combining a level 50 Azure Devil with coins and a Devil Heart. Azure Devil is itself a Celestial class from the spin pool, so this chain asks you to level a gacha class to 50 before the Nightmare farm even becomes useful.

The coin cost in that recipe is not documented. No number for it appears in any source we trust, and the spawn chance for the Awakened Devil is likewise unpublished. Anyone quoting a percentage for either is guessing.

Standard dungeons versus the two special modes

The official Roblox description lists Boss Rush and Challenge Dungeon as game modes, separate from the dungeon progression. They are structured content, not randomly generated, and they are where several materials come from that the six dungeons do not provide.

Boss Rush runs 100 floors along three lines, headed by Sukuna, Gojo and Asta. Class items begin dropping from floor 40, and the line bosses award 8 to 18 Class Fragments. Asta is recorded at floors 80, 90 and 100 rather than only at 100.

Challenge Dungeon unlocks at level 55 and is the primary source of Aspect Gems, Heavenly Fragments and Exotic-tier materials, which makes it the mode that feeds the Forge and the Aspects system rather than your gear slots directly. Igris, the Scarlet Knight, appears at wave 20 and drops Radiant Ore and a Bronze Key. Icarus is a hidden encounter at wave 30 with Exotic Ore recorded at roughly 35% and an Exotic Shattered Armor drop.

Full boss data for both modes is on the bosses page.

What nobody has documented

Being straight about the gaps is the point of this page. For the six standard dungeons, the following are not documented by any source worth citing:

  • Floor counts, room counts or the size of the generated maps
  • Enemy composition, enemy names or enemy levels in any dungeon
  • Recommended player level for any dungeon or any difficulty
  • Exact scaling of health, damage or loot between Normal, Hard and Nightmare
  • Bosses for Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs and Underworld Gate
  • Drop rates for the Nature Plate, Devil Heart or Underworld Glaive
  • Whether equipped gear is lost on death, and whether any recovery exists
  • Which dungeons, if any, UPDATE 1 added on 7 September 2026

That last one is worth flagging. UPDATE 1 landed on 7 September and is confirmed to have added four Exotic classes and a raid, covered on the UPDATE 1 page. Whether it also touched the dungeon list has not been reported by any outlet. The game ships new content weekly on Saturdays and Update 1.5 is scheduled for 12 September 2026, so this page is re-checked against the sources each week.

Where to start

If you are new, run Bandit's Den on Normal until the parry on the Bandit Chief is reliable, then push the progression order rather than chasing Nightmare early. Nightmare is a content gate for two specific items, and both of them sit behind classes and levels you will not have yet. The beginner guide covers the opening hours, and the levelling page covers the climb toward the level 55 and level 67 thresholds that open Challenge Dungeon and Boss Rush, on the way to the max player level of 175.

Update log

  • 8 September 2026: Page created. Dungeon order and the three difficulty tiers cross-checked against two fan wikis; Boss Rush and Challenge Dungeon confirmed as modes in the official Roblox description. Undocumented items listed rather than guessed.

Frequently asked questions

How many dungeons are there in Dungeon Lootr?

Six standard dungeons are documented: Bandit's Den, Goblin's Stronghold, Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs, Frostspire Bastion and Underworld Gate. They run in that progression order across two fan wikis. UPDATE 1 shipped on 7 September 2026 and no source has confirmed whether it added a seventh dungeon, so treat six as the confirmed floor rather than a hard ceiling.

What happens if you die in a Dungeon Lootr dungeon?

The core loop is extract or lose all, so loot picked up during a run is only banked once you extract successfully. Dying before extraction costs you that run's haul. No source documents whether gear you already had equipped is also at risk, whether any partial recovery exists, or whether the rule is relaxed on Normal difficulty, so do not assume a safety net.

Which dungeon drops the Underworld Glaive?

Underworld Gate on Nightmare difficulty. The Underworld Glaive is the item tied to unlocking Dreadlord, an Exotic class, and Underworld Gate is the last dungeon in the progression order. The exact drop chance has never been published by ClickBytes and no fan source gives a figure we would repeat.

Where does the Awakened Devil spawn?

Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare difficulty. It is described as a hidden boss with a random spawn rather than a guaranteed encounter at the end of the run, so it can fail to appear across several clears. It drops the Devil Heart, which feeds the Awakened Devil EX unlock alongside a level 50 Azure Devil and a coin cost that nobody has documented.

What is the difference between Normal, Hard and Nightmare?

Nightmare gates the two most valuable dungeon drops in the game, the Devil Heart at Frostspire Bastion and the Underworld Glaive at Underworld Gate, while Varek, the Feared and the Nature Plate are documented on Goblin's Stronghold at Hard. The exact enemy health, damage and loot scaling between the three tiers is not documented anywhere reliable, so treat any specific multiplier you see as a guess.

Are Boss Rush and Challenge Dungeon the same as normal dungeons?

No. Boss Rush is a 100 floor mode with three separate boss lines, and Challenge Dungeon is a wave based mode that unlocks at level 55 with a boss every ten waves. Both are listed as game modes in the official Roblox description, separate from the six standard dungeons, and they use fixed structures rather than the randomly generated layouts.
