Dungeon Lootr Bosses: Every Confirmed Boss and Its Drops
Updated 2026-09-08 · Last verified 2026-09-08 · Roblox Dungeon Lootr
Dungeon Lootr has eight confirmed named boss encounters spread across its six dungeons, the 100 floor Boss Rush and the wave-based Challenge Dungeon. This page lists every one that a real source backs, where it appears, what it drops, and which of those facts are single-sourced enough that you should treat them as provisional.
One thing to be clear about up front. ClickBytes has not published boss mechanics for this game. No wiki, no guide site and no news outlet documents an attack pattern, a phase transition or a telegraph for any Dungeon Lootr boss. Pages that give you a phase-by-phase fight plan are writing fiction. What is genuinely known is the roster, the locations, the drops and the unlock gates, and that is what you get below.
Every confirmed boss at a glance
| Boss | Where | Difficulty | Confirmed drops | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bandit Chief / Forest Warden | Bandit's Den | Normal (tutorial dungeon) | None recorded | Name disputed, see below |
| Varek, the Feared | Goblin's Stronghold | Hard | Nature Plate | Good, two wikis agree |
| Awakened Devil | Frostspire Bastion | Nightmare | Devil Heart | Good, hidden random spawn |
| Sukuna | Boss Rush, floor 100 (Sukuna line) | Boss Rush | 8 to 18 class fragments | Good |
| Gojo | Boss Rush, floor 100 (Gojo line) | Boss Rush | 8 to 18 class fragments | Good |
| Asta | Boss Rush, floors 80 / 90 / 100 (Asta line) | Boss Rush | 8 to 18 class fragments | Good |
| Igris, the Scarlet Knight | Challenge Dungeon, wave 20 | Challenge Dungeon | Radiant Ore, Bronze Key | Good |
| Icarus | Challenge Dungeon, wave 30 (hidden) | Challenge Dungeon | Exotic Ore, Exotic Shattered Armor | Good, drop rate not reproduced here |
Three of the six standard dungeons have no documented boss at all. Forgotten Ruins and The Catacombs sit between Goblin's Stronghold and Frostspire Bastion in the dungeon progression, and nothing published names an encounter in either. Underworld Gate on Nightmare is the source of the Underworld Glaive, which unlocks the Exotic class Dreadlord, but no source names the enemy that drops it. That is a gap in the record, not a gap in the game.
The Bandit Chief / Forest Warden problem
The first boss you meet is in Bandit's Den, the tutorial dungeon where every account starts with the Ronin class. Sources disagree about what it is called. One fan wiki lists a Bandit Chief. Another lists a Forest Warden. The more detailed of the two flags its own uncertainty in writing, noting it cannot confirm whether these are the same enemy under two names or two separate encounters in the same dungeon.
We are not going to pick one and pretend the question is settled. Competing Dungeon Lootr wikis do exactly that, and it is why their boss pages contradict each other. Until ClickBytes documents the encounter or a clean in-game capture appears, this entry stays double-named.
What is recorded about the fight, from a single wiki:
- Health is roughly 2.2K, which is low enough that it functions as a tutorial for the combat system rather than a wall.
- The boss can be parried. This matters because parry is a real defensive mechanic in Dungeon Lootr with per-class multipliers, so Bandit's Den is where the game teaches it.
- No drop is recorded. That is consistent with a tutorial encounter, but absence of a record is not proof of no drop.
Treat all three of those as single-sourced. They come from the one fan wiki that publishes specific numbers, and that wiki states its data comes from YouTube showcase footage rather than from the developers.
Dungeon bosses
Varek, the Feared
Varek sits in Goblin's Stronghold on Hard difficulty and drops the Nature Plate. Goblin's Stronghold is the second dungeon in the progression, immediately after Bandit's Den, so Varek is the first boss that gates a real item behind a difficulty tier. Dungeon Lootr runs three tiers across its dungeons, Normal, Hard and Nightmare, and the Varek drop is the clearest confirmed example of a tier-locked reward.
The Awakened Devil
The Awakened Devil is a hidden boss with a random spawn in Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare. It drops the Devil Heart. There is no published trigger, no spawn timer and no documented way to force the encounter, so runs are the only method anyone has recorded.
The Devil Heart is not a trophy. It feeds the unlock chain for Awakened Devil EX, one of the Exotic classes, which also requires Azure Devil at level 50 plus a coin cost. A separate route through the Valen NPC quest line is also reported. Both appear in the media coverage of the class roster, so the Devil Heart is one of the few boss drops in the game with a confirmed downstream purpose. The full class picture is on the classes page.
Frostspire Bastion is late in the dungeon order and Nightmare is the top difficulty tier, so this is not an early farm.
Boss Rush: Sukuna, Gojo and Asta
Boss Rush is a 100 floor climb with three separate lines, one per boss. Fan wikis put the recommended entry point at level 67 or above, and class items begin dropping from floor 40 onward. Each line terminates in a named boss that drops class fragments.
| Line | Boss floor(s) | Fragments per clear | Forges into | Rarity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sukuna | Floor 100 | 8 to 18 | Cursed King | Exotic |
| Gojo | Floor 100 | 8 to 18 | Honored One | Exotic |
| Asta | Floors 80, 90, 100 | 8 to 18 | Anti Magic | Exotic |
The Asta line is the odd one out. It is the only line where the boss is recorded as appearing at multiple floors rather than only at the summit, which in practice means more fragment opportunities per full climb.
How class fragments work
Fragments are a currency, not gear. You bank 8 to 18 of them per boss clear, take them to the Forge, and the Forge converts a full set into the matching Exotic class. That is the entire documented loop. The exact fragment total needed for each class is not published anywhere, so nobody can tell you honestly how many Boss Rush clears a Cursed King costs. Anyone quoting you a precise number is guessing.
Three Exotic classes come out of this system, and all three are Boss Rush exclusive:
- Cursed King from Sukuna fragments
- Honored One from Gojo fragments
- Anti Magic from Asta fragments
None of the three appears in the class spin pool, which is the point. Boss Rush is the deterministic route to Exotic classes in a game where the spin route is a lottery with no published rates. Where each lands relative to the spin classes is covered on the tier list, and the mode itself on the Boss Rush page.
Boss Rush also drops class items from floor 40. Class items are a separate category from classes: equipping one overrides your entire skill set. Three are confirmed by name, the Cursed Shrine tied to Sukuna, the Infinity Core tied to Gojo, and the Shadow Monarch's Dagger.
Challenge Dungeon: Igris and Icarus
Challenge Dungeon unlocks at player level 55 and runs on waves, with a boss every ten waves. It is the primary source of Aspect Gems, Heavenly Fragments and Exotic tier materials, which makes its bosses the most economically important in the game.
Igris, the Scarlet Knight appears at wave 20 and drops Radiant Ore and a Bronze Key. Radiant Ore is a confirmed Forge material. What the Bronze Key actually opens is not documented in any source we consider reliable, and we are not going to guess. If it gates a chest, a door or a vendor, nobody has written it down.
Icarus appears at wave 30 and is flagged as hidden, meaning it is not guaranteed on every run that reaches wave 30. It drops Exotic Ore and Exotic Shattered Armor. One fan wiki publishes an approximate percentage chance for the Exotic Ore drop; we are not reproducing it, because it is single-sourced and drop rates in this game have a poor track record for accuracy. Exotic Shattered Armor sits in the same family as Relic Shattered Armor, the material behind the three crafted endgame pieces, King's Crown, Living Armor and Supernova Ring. See gear and the Challenge Dungeon page.
Because the boss cadence is one per ten waves, waves 10, 40, 50 and beyond should also carry bosses. No source names them. That is four documented gaps in a mode that has been live since launch, which tells you how thin the public record on this game still is.
The anime homages are deliberate
Sukuna and Gojo are Jujutsu Kaisen. Asta is Black Clover. Igris, the Scarlet Knight, is Solo Leveling. This is a design observation rather than a claim about intent, but the pattern is internally consistent: the Shadow Monarch's Dagger class item is also Solo Leveling, and the classes those fragments forge, Cursed King, Honored One and Anti Magic, map onto the same three series in the same order.
Icarus breaks the pattern by pulling from Greek myth instead, which is worth noting only because it is the exception. Nothing in the sources explains the choice.
What nobody has documented
Being explicit about the holes is the point of this page. As of 8 September 2026 there is no reliable source for any of the following:
| Unknown | Status |
|---|---|
| Boss attack patterns and phases | Not documented for any boss |
| Boss health values beyond Bandit's Den | Not documented |
| Fragment counts required per Exotic class | Not documented |
| What the Bronze Key opens | Not documented |
| Bosses in Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs, Underworld Gate | No named encounter published |
| Challenge Dungeon bosses at waves 10, 40, 50+ | Not documented despite the ten-wave cadence |
| Whether UPDATE 1 added bosses | Patch notes not publicly mirrored |
| Boss-related badges | The Roblox badge API returns zero badges for this game |
That last row is a useful cross-check: Dungeon Lootr has no achievement badges at all, so there is no badge list to reverse-engineer a boss roster from. Everything above comes from fan documentation and press coverage instead.
Preparing for a boss run
There is no strategy section here because there are no documented mechanics to strategise around. What the sources do support:
- Respect the extract-or-lose loop. Standard dungeons are randomly generated and you lose everything if you fail to extract, so boss loot is not banked until you leave.
- Hit the level gates first. Challenge Dungeon needs 55. Boss Rush is comfortable from 67 by community consensus. The cap is 175, per the official Roblox game description. Progression is covered on the leveling page.
- Parry works. It is a real mechanic with per-class multipliers, and the tutorial boss is explicitly parryable.
- Take Blessings seriously. Runs offer a three-way Blessing choice between Nimble, Focused Casting and Bulwark, which is the only in-run power decision anyone has documented.
- Match the difficulty to the drop you want. Varek needs Hard, the Awakened Devil needs Nightmare. Running Normal for either is wasted time.
New players should start with the beginner guide before touching Nightmare tiers.
Update log
- 8 September 2026: Page created after UPDATE 1. Eight named bosses confirmed. Bandit Chief / Forest Warden listed under both names because sources conflict and the more detailed source flags its own uncertainty. Icarus drop percentage deliberately omitted as single-sourced.
Frequently asked questions
How many bosses are in Dungeon Lootr?
Eight boss encounters are confirmed by more than guesswork as of 8 September 2026: the Bandit's Den boss, Varek the Feared, the Awakened Devil, Sukuna, Gojo, Asta, Igris and Icarus. That count is a floor, not a ceiling. Dungeon Lootr has six dungeons and two wave-based modes, and no source documents a named boss for Forgotten Ruins, The Catacombs or Underworld Gate.
Which Dungeon Lootr boss drops the Devil Heart?
The Awakened Devil, a hidden boss that spawns at random in Frostspire Bastion on Nightmare difficulty. The Devil Heart feeds the Awakened Devil EX unlock, which also asks for Azure Devil at level 50 plus coins. Because the spawn is random rather than scheduled, there is no documented way to force the encounter.
What do Boss Rush bosses drop?
Sukuna, Gojo and Asta each drop 8 to 18 class fragments. Fragments are taken to the Forge and turned into an Exotic class: Sukuna fragments make Cursed King, Gojo fragments make Honored One and Asta fragments make Anti Magic. Boss Rush also starts dropping class items from floor 40.
Are Bandit Chief and Forest Warden the same boss?
Nobody knows, and the fan wikis disagree. One names the Bandit's Den boss Bandit Chief, another calls it Forest Warden, and the more detailed of the two flags its own uncertainty about whether these are one enemy or two. ClickBytes has published nothing that settles it, so we list the encounter under both names.
What level do you need for Boss Rush and Challenge Dungeon?
Challenge Dungeon unlocks at player level 55. Boss Rush has no confirmed hard level gate, but the community recommendation repeated across fan wikis is level 67 or higher before you attempt the 100 floor climb. The player level cap is 175 according to the official Roblox game description.
Are boss attack patterns documented anywhere?
No. No reliable source records a single boss attack, phase change or mechanic in Dungeon Lootr, and the one detail that does appear is that the Bandit's Den boss can be parried. Any site publishing a phase-by-phase Dungeon Lootr boss strategy is inventing it. We would rather leave the gap visible than fill it with fiction.
